How does a convection microwave oven work?

A convection microwave oven comes with the features of a microwave and a convection oven. It allows one to bake and roast food, besides just heating them. There are two modes of operation in the convection microwave oven, the standard microwave mode for heating or cooking, and the convection mode that turns the microwave oven into a convection oven. There is a heating element and a fan to evenly distribute heat throughout the appliance for the convection mode of baking. Because of this, a convection microwave oven allows one to do baking, roasting and broiling in one.  One can alternate the convection and microwave modes to achieve faster cooking times due to a combination of convection and microwave cooking and more even cooking.

A piece of aluminum foil is wrapped as fitting as tightly as possible against the pan. The chocolate batter is poured on 1 side of the foil divider in the prepared cake pan. The pan with batter is transferred into the preheated oven until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 24 to 28 minutes. The pan is then cooled for 10 minutes.
